For decades now DENTAL HOUSE has offered a wide range of dental and oral treatments, planned with great care and implemented using the most advanced technologies available.
Our aim is to ensure the most beautiful, but especially the healthiest teeth and oral structures for the whole family.
The practice is situated in a very quiet residential area, with sufficient free parking options.
Behind the surgery building is a designated parking space for those with a physical handicap, as well as a ramp to enable easy access to the practice, either on foot or with a wheelchair.
For your comfort we provide a cosy waiting room with TV, free WiFi and, if you wish, coffee.
Dental House creates always a perfectly clean healthy environment:
A hygiene stand at the front door for disinfecting hands. Thanks to the outlay of the building contact in between the following patients can easily be avoided. Social distancing is no problem!
Dental House uses during pandemics a bio sanitizer automate, an automatic airborne disinfection, to disinfect in only a few minutes the air all surfaces. It automates the tedious work of manually disinfecting all surfaces. The rooms can be safely re-used in no time.
Apart from the climate control system, air-conditioning and heating, in every room, a clever ventilation system serves to deliver a fresh and healthy clean air without microbes and allergens.

direct restorations, made in the mouth, with tooth-coloured composite filling material:

- and composite Maryland bridges.
2.b. prosthetic restorative dentistry:
indirect restorations, manufactured outside of the mouth:
- porcelain veneers/facings, inlays, onlays and overlays,
- crowns and bridges on your own teeth (also Maryland bridges with porcelain) and/or implants,

3. Endodontics:
root canal treatments to preserve longer your teeth:
- expulp (removing nerves) and filling up the root canals.

- NobelBiocare dental implants in a special designed operation theater to guarantee strict hygiene,
- Tongue Tie treatment (short lingual frenulum) with painless laser technology.
Aesthetic dentistry
make the front teeth more beautiful:
without tooth correction:
- specific gum corrections with laser,
- removal of dental discolorations,
- bleaching by means of home bleaching (trays to bleach teeth at home).
with tooth corrections:
- by means of facings/veneers, layers of composite filling material directly glued to the teeth,
or
- by porcelain veneers, indirectly glued, i.e. after manufacturing outside the mouth,
- by means of orthodontics see Orthodontics.
Orthodontics and Dental Orthopaedics
Orthodontics and Dental Orthopaedics is the technique of straightening the teeth or jaws.
Dental House is certified for SPARK ALIGNERS, the best aligners on the market.
- this involves the use of fixed appliances, e.g. brackets such as Damon Technology, or removable devices such as SPARK aligners (the improved version of Invisalign). The treatment is suitable for both adults and young people, and can also be effective as early preventive or later curative treatment
- special attention is paid to healthy eating patterns, correct upright posture, correction of mouth respiration through nasal respiration, and correct mouth muscle function through myofunctional therapy. A more lasting result can be obtained by treating the cause of the problem rather than dealing only with its consequences.
Breathing pathology, improvement of Apnea and treatment of Snoring:
Sleep Apnea, a condition where breathing stops during sleep, is usually treated in hospital by administering one or two nights of tests and is typically followed by the use of a CPAP device. This CPAP device on the face can prove troublesome, making sleeping and travelling very difficult.
CPAP is a purely symptomatic treatment that cannot eliminate the cause of sleep apnea.
As a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, DENTAL HOUSE offers home-based sleep tests, especially for those patients who prefer not to take the tests in a large, impersonal, hospital environment. Instead their sleep can be monitored over several nights in the comfort of their own home.
For those who do not want or cannot tolerate CPAP equipment, DENTAL HOUSE proposes:
- removable RMA equipment, a removable dental device which moves the lower jaw forward and downwards at night and thus prevents snoring
or
- a more permanent curative solution by means of an Orthopaedic Herbst device, which brings the lower jaw forward orthopedically, without the need for dental surgery. This treatment applies to the most common, i.e. mild to moderate, form of sleep apnea,
- Epigenetic Orthodontics: 17+ patients, in combination of Oro-Myofunctional Therapy and Cranio-Facial Osteopathy, could be treated with the Homeoblock and The POD from Dr Theodore Belfor, NY, USA, for swallowing, posture, breathing, facial asymmetry and so Apnea.
TMD, jaw joint pathology
- treatment of TMD, jaw joint pathology and painful jaw joints
- anti-grinding treatment, including massage of the jaw muscles and making of special bite plates.
Pedodontics/Pediatric dentistry,
- special dental care for children
Technologies
DENTAL HOUSE constantly invests in new technologies in terms of equipment, materials and training. DENTAL HOUSE is equipped with the most modern techniques:
- digital 2D and 3D X-rays, CBCT scanning technology for more precise diagnosis and safe planning
- laser treatments
- loupes and microscope for precise diagnostics and treatments, especially in endodontics
- classic impression techniques are replaced where possible by Intra-Oral Scanning
There is no need for impression material to be placed in the mouth, since the procedure is fully computer-based
- 4 treatment units for better management of all types of treatment, emergencies and reinforcement of hygiene measures by rotating between the units while disinfection of air and surfaces takes place in the other ones,
- state of the art hygiene and sterilisation techniques – clean instruments guarantee safety
- to reinforce hygiene in the dental clinic a hygiene stand awaits you at the entrance.
Owing to the use of these high quality, up to date technologies, materials and instruments, which are essential in order to provide optimal care, it has become impossible to maintain Belgian Riziv/Inami rates. The reasonable and fair increase in rates is proportionate to the desired high-quality dental care offered. The level of reimbursement from your Belgian health insurance fund remains unchanged, of course, when you respect the mandatory annual checkup requirements.

Treatment is by appointment only and appointments can be made in the following ways:
- by telephone on 02 767.38.08 or on site, from Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 12.00h
Outside these hours, please record your message on the answering machine, clearly stating your full name and telephone numbers.

For new patients, contact details including landline or mobile phone number, home address and e-mail, date and place of birth are requested in order to prepare your file quickly and efficiently. When medically relevant and necessary for your safety, details of your medication, illnesses or a referral letter can be required. Please do not forget your identity card.
- it is possible to arrange an early appointment from 7 a.m. onwards (never in July & August)
- cancellation of appointments must be made 24 hours in advance
- for a missed appointment or a late cancellation a fee of 20.00€ per 20 minutes will be charged
- payment is made on site via Bancontact
- a deposit is requested for complex and long-term treatments
